We have great experience and trekking tour in Nepal - Annapurna circuit - it was wonderful, sometimes it was very hard but amazing. Thank you for your patience, help, and support. The Himalayas have always held a spiritual reverence for me and my trek to Poon Hill with Bam Magar elevated that experience to such heights that I’m now inspired to start my own business in Sydney- spiritual treks and tours with yoga and meditation and...Bam Magar of course!
I first met Bam when I was on the Everest Base Camp Trek 2 years ago. He was the guide for a family I had befriended on the trek and as we spent much time together, I was drawn to Bam’s vast knowledge and experience of the Khumbu region. Invariably I found myself leaning in share his expertise and interesting anecdotes with his trekking family- much to the annoyance of my own very young trekking guide at the time, I might add!
So when I decided that my next trek was going to be the Annapurna Panorama, I immediately engaged Bam as my guide. Together with Dhaktipa, our porter we set out from Pokhara for an amazing 5 day adventure. Bam’s skill and professionalism of an expert trekker/guide, together with his easy going sense of humour; caring and friendly personality, was the perfect combination to build an awesome camaraderie in our team. Throw in the beautiful, blooming rhododendrons and other glorious species of flora, set in the picturesque natural landscapes, the magic of the magnificent Annapurna Range will certainly capture your heart and soul. I can recommend Bam as a professional, who knows mountains very well. He also gets along with people easily.

We aimed to get EBC within 9 days. As I didn't have strong AMS after spending a week in Tibet prior till Labuche. Though on 5000 m the AMS symptoms became too strong. Bam helped me to make a right decision when plans were about to change.

We adjusted the tour for us every day, considering how we feel. Bam's knowledge made the route changes smooth.
Bam is very friendly and always had a story or two.

We recently took a family trekking trip with bam our guide around the Annapurna circuit Nepal. We were met at the airport by bam upon arrival in Kathmandu and taken to our hotel. Bam arranged a Nepalese cultural evening, and visits to the temples for us whilst in Kathmandu, these were escorted with with English speaking local guides. Private transfer to and from the visits. The guide was very informative and helpful. On the trekking tour bam took care of everything for us, providing porters, booking all accommodation and safely guiding us around the annapurna circuit. We had five star service with bam from start to finish, he provided us with an experience of a lifetime and we can’t thank him enough. I would definitely book another with explorer adventure and very highly recommend the company. There are a lot of trekking companies in Nepal, we spoke to a lot of travellers with their own guides and they completed bam on his knowledge, professionalism, and organisation skills. I would look no further for a safe memorable trip of a lifetime to be organised for you by explorer adventure.

My parents and I recently went on the Annapurna Circuit Trek with Bam as our guide. He was absolutely fantastic in every way, from his patience and expertise on the mountain to his excellent knowledge about the history of the route to superb and authentic choice of accommodation. We couldn't have asked for a better guide to take us through such a wonderful and beautiful country. Thankyou for such a fantastic experience, we will certainly be coming back!

This was my first Himalayan trek and it was very exciting. The scenery was beautiful and lively all through-out the trek. It was well planned, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Good food at such high attitude felt like a blessing and played important role in making us forget cold and tiredness. And the best part was the team. The guides were really good, provided a lot of information; had lots of informative chats with them; and they didn't let the spirits go down especially when you had this steep slope to climb. All I had was fun.

Even now after 2 years I'm still feeling great warmth and I'm so thankful to you, Bam Magar, and your nephew Uttam for being our guides on this steep track to Everest Base camp! You've made this not the easiest journey safe, comfortable and very exciting. Thank you for being so warning and knowledgeable. And indeed thank you for your stories that made Nepal the country I will definitely love to visit some day again!

Bam, my friend!!! It was a wonderful, difficult but very interesting journey. I am very glad that I met you and your team. Throughout our climb, we felt in safe hands, in your hands. You are a wonderful person and professional with a capital letter - PROFESSIONAL MAN. You were always ready to come to the rescue, to support a good joke and a good joke to support. It was very important especially in difficult moments. I wish you and your beloved business prosperity, every success and new heights. I am sure that our whole group, and not only ours, join my words and wishes. I want to say a few words about our porters. You guys are cool !!!!
